You need to study use of the RMAN Recovery Manager. It is too broad a topic to learn by posting questions in a forum. Start here,
http://docs.oracle.com/database/121/BRADV/toc.htm
read it. All of it! I did, a long time ago.

Reading what you said ("backup tables, views, triggers"), there's yet another option: you could export the schema (so you'd have to read Utilities Guide, Export Data Pump). Note that it is NOT backup, but in certain situations might help.

As Litlefoot said, although export is not a backup, as such, it can certainly do what you require.

A Data Pump export might indeed be what you need rather than a backup. However,if you are just beginning your Oracle Journey you could use the old exp utility, http://docs.oracle.com/database/121/SUTIL/GUID-901CBBE0-65FB-439E-942D-F2038C18BCD2.htm#SUTIL3634 It is much easier to use than Data Pump and does not require any particular privileges. If you use it, do remember that it is officially deprecated and you really shouldn't be using it long term.
