I do not understad your question. However, you probably need to study either Recovery Manager or Data Pimp,

What do you mean by:
1/ "move that table"
2/ "things"

It'd be better if you provide an example of what you want to do.
I think export is the tool you need, but I'm not sure as your question is not really clear, I'm afraid.

You could use datapump to export/import the specific table(s)
You could move the table to some tablespace and backup the tablespace.

1.move that table = move sample table(4-5 table) into tablespace, schema, or maybe new database. after i move that sample table, i should fully backup sample table using cold backup. But i dont know where i should move sample table(new tablespace, schema or database) and how to backup that sample table.

example :
In our database contain 1500 table, and we want to split master table into 3 parts (each parts contain 4-5 sample master table). i dont have any idea to do it.

Why do you keep assuming you need to "move" the table(s)? You also spoke of "splitting" the table(s). Exactly what do you mean by that and why do you think you need to do it?

Maybe you need to step back and explain the business need.
- Why do you want to back up just these select tables and not a full database backup?
- How do you see these table backups being used?

If you'd answer those question you'd get much better advice on how to achieve your business requirements.
