Does anyone succed to create an index over a text column with characters that have diacritical
marks, using the preference BASIC LEXER with the attribute BASE_LETTER set to YES ?.
It seems that this option doesn't work on some languages that uses diacritical marks, such Romanian language. The Oracle version is 8.1.5
