does anyone know how to convert access tables to oracle data tables? and, once converted, how do i link to the oracle data tables with an access front-end? ODBC?

Hi,
Oracle Enterprise edition comes along with a database migration utility for ms access.
You can try that or you can manually create
tables in oracle, export data into text format from ms access, load the text data into oracle tables using oracle utility sqlloder.

For the second qestion, yes you have to use ODBC.

The best way is to use ODBC. Create one using MS ODBC for Oracle. This way u can import, export and link oracle tables to MS Access. You can even export Access tables to Oracle via ODBC.
