Hi,

I'm too looking for the same information on Securing Attributes on the user screen.

I've found some details on securing attributes,

Package: ICX_USER_SEC_ATTR_PVT
File: ICXVTUSS.pls / ICXVTUSB.pls
Tables: AK_WEB_USER_SEC_ATTR_VALUES
Functionality: Used for associating and disassociating securing
attribute values with web users.

Not sure whether users and web users mean the same?

Any help/pointers on this is highly appriciated...

Thank you

Hi,

I had come across this earlier.

Package : ICX_USER_SEC_ATTR_PUB.CREATE_USER_SEC_ATTR
Table storing the attribute values : AK_WEB_USER_SEC_ATTR_VALUES

I have attached Sample code for the Reference.
Hope this will be of some help.

Thanks,
Santhosh

Hi,

What does this mean, web users and users are same or they are different?

Thanks

To my Knowledge, both Users and web users seems to be the same.

Thanks,

Hi All,

The icx_user_sec_attr_pub.create_user_sec_attr API uses p_api_version_number as parameter and this is a required parameter.

The value of p_api_version_number is not present in AK_WEB_USER_SEC_ATTR_VALUES table.

Why do we need the p_api_version_number parameter?
In which table the value for p_api_version_number is stored?
