We are implementing only financials. Please help me out on the following.

Its a manufacturing operations. I kept Main account as Raw materials, and iron, cement etc are the sub-accounts.

Raw material: 9001(Main Account)
Cement: 901
Sand: 902

Shall I design like this or not?
Tomorrow, if they implement SCM, How it affects.
