Hi Everyone,

When trying the process below:

Resp: Sales Online Super user

Sales Online

Customer tab--> Click on Create Button.

Enter mandatory fields and click on Create.

You will get the below error:

what are they?
Cross check whether you are entering any character in number fields.

no i am not, i only enter the customer details to create the customer and i get the error, any ideas?
