Hi All,

Wanted to know more clarification / information about Item-Reservations in Oracle Inventory.

We are reserving Items against user defined demand source and capturing relevant information through DFF. After entering the items in the demand and supply tabbed region, I am able to access "Transfer to Demand" and "Transfer to Supply" windows through Tools menu.

what is the significance of these functions - Transfer to demand and Transfer to supply ? where exactly it means ? After transferring to demand and supply where / how we can use ?

This allows you to transfer the manually created demand to a sales order, move order or transaction.
