Hi All,

I have a table in Oracle Database (for eg: Item List), We need this table to be exported to CSV file and reach the users when user requesting for it.

Which is the best feasible way to do it:-
1. Creating as Discoverer Report and User can run and save it in CSV?
2. Creating as PLSQL Program using utl_file and running as concurrent program (Sending him the attachment by mail)?
3. Is there any other way for the user to download it?

Kindly suggest me
