I'm basically oracle developer....is there any technical documentation for apps ...so A Developer can work as "Oracle Applciations developer"

Hi,

The best place to start is to download the Oracle EBS Documentation set for 11i or 12. In there the document you need to read first is the Oracle Applications Developers guide.
