Would you please share the given information in "Yes" or "No" regarding the Oracle E-business Suites:

This sounds as though you are trying to evaluate different products?
The answer to all these questions is "yes, if it is configured appropriately". It is the same for EBS, SAP, and any of the other huge ERP systems: they are infinitely configurable and you can run whole countries with them, but the implementation is critical. If it doesn't do what you want, do not blame the product, blame your implementation team.
And the moment anyone says that customizing is necessary, be very suspicious: my own (extensive) experience with EBS installations is that customizing is not necessary if the implementation takes advantage of all the configuration possibilities.
