Creating Oracle database account for Oracle Application User [message #475962]

Dear friends

I am using LSH. I need to create an Oracle database Account for an application user(Let say LSH_ADMIN). When I am navigating to administration-->Databaseaccount-->create user.

There I am not finding my application user for which I need to create Database account. Where as I am able to see other application users there. Is there anything to be changed in user configuration for the user LSH_ADMIN to do so?
