Is it possible to use When-Validate-Item in Forms personalization? I have a following requirement,

When the user selects / changes the organization in assignment form, the some of the people group segment values need to be defaulted based on the selected / changed organization name.

(You can enter additional event names) - this text has been mentioned in Forms personalization (in Trigger Event).

I tried with entering When-Validate-Item directly, but it did not get fired. Is there any other way?? (OR) only its possible in CUSTOM.pll.
