transaction processor error invalid locator- Oracle Inventory [message #497159]

Hi there,

I am trying to create miscellanous transaction to get the item availability in oracle inventory.
when i enter all the required fields i am getting an error message saying:

transaction processor error invalid locator

I have set Locator to no control and the item is not assigned to any locator in master item. neither the subinventory which i am choosing is assigned to any locator.

tried many combination of assigned and deassigning locator but the error persists.

Please help!
