i have 3 apps database running on a node.

all the three insatnces are using pointing to utl_file_dir=/usr/tmp

becoz of this my concurent request are failing with

" ORA-20100: Error: FND_FILE failure. Unable to create file, o2201547.tmp "

please guide me..
