Hey

I design a solution for applications OeBS. And I have one question.
Is it possible to automatically download files from web pages (aspx pages) using pl/sql?
For example, I want to download file containing
the exchange rates posted by the bank. (file in XML format).

Hey

My database (RDBMS: 10.2.0.4.0)
Application (OeBS: 11.5.10.2)

And I don't know whether the user have to download the file manually, from web site (http://rss.nbp.pl/kursy/xml2/2011/a/dir.aspx) or is it possible to automate this process ?
