hello

I have serious problem, after clone oracle E-Business Suite when i try to login first time I received the following message :

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request
Please contact the server administrator
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

and in the Apache error log we see:
mod_oc4j: request to OC4J fcp.altex.dz:21505 failed: Connect failed

After a while, i can connect bat heavily
