Hi All
I did a fresh install of Oracle EBS 11.5.10. After the install I am getting error while logging in to the application.

I have also attached a sctreen shot of the error. When I click the hiperlink <here> i get redirected to the application home page. I am not able to open any forms after that.
Can anyone guess where is the problem and advise the solution.
