Hi, our organization recently migrated from Oracle Apps 11 to 12.
Our BI Publisher reports are having an intermittent problem, that can't be recreated consistently ....
The XML data file that is generated by a Concurrent Program is not always merging with the RTF templates that we have defined.
In other words, when the Program finishes, and we click on the View Output button, we see only raw XML.
I do know that we can just click another button to merge and view the report, but the View Output button should show the final report.
Moreover, this is causing problems with our functional teams.
I can provide more technical background if needed.
Any tips?
