Thanks in advance.

You don't. It is hard coded inside the code.
Why such a silly modification?

For security purposes : audit recommendation

Security by obscurity is neither.
No listener.ora is required by supported versions; so just remove it entirely!

I would think that your auditors havee told you to change the name of the listener, not of the listener.ora file.

WHY?
Neither the client nor the DB care about the name of the listener.

You can't argue with security auditors, you have to do what they say. Whether it makes sense or not.

I give up.
Can you?
The listener has NOTHING to do with existing sessions.
Listener can be shut down & NOT impact existing sessions.

Don't do that! Password can be cracked.
Allow ONLY local connections to administer your listener.
