We are using oracle 10g database, and forms6i front end. user are connecting to the oracle database through the tnsnames in there system. Now we are going to change the server so there is a need to change tnsnames in each users pc. Is there any option to keep the tnsnames centralized so that users will use that, in case of changes we can change at one place only.
Any solution is highly appreciated.

Use a network shared disk to store your tnsnames.ora file and, indeed, configure and use TNS_ADMIN on your clients.

I'm not sure Oracle supports UNC, you have to test it.
If it doesn't then you have to set a network disk in client profile.

Note that it is easier to set TNS_ADMIN in registry when you install (or upgrade the client), HKLM\Software\Oracle\<your Oracle home name>.
