Hello Friends,

I need to design ETL from scratch. In this data is coming from multple sources in different landing locations and needs to load into oracle tables for a specific schema.Total size for the data will be around 700-800 MB(including all the sources).

I have approaches in mind to load data using external tables or load data through Sqlldr.I need to know which approach is better to design ETL.

Please share the experience.

Sorry to bear me !!!

Thanks

This will probably sound blunt, but you want to be paying for a consultant.

Hi Roachcoach,

Sorry to bear me !!!

I have to decide which approach is better to develop the ETL and will go accordingly for that as a baseline.

I think you are asking which of External Tables or SQL Loader is the optimum tool. I have no idea which is better for your purposes, though your comment regarding "different landing locations" may be relevant. You'll need to conduct an analysis of the requirement. Or pay someone to do it for you.
