Hi,
If i have two similar databases on different m/cs (the database size,storage parameters,the users,the data present in it evrything are the same) and suppose if either the control or redo log files get corrupted on one m/c can i use the control or redo log files of the other m/c

No can't never use Control or redo from another database... If U can what's happen to integrity ?

database stock SCN, DBID etc ... and are unique..

If U have a problem explain it, and i'll try to solve it for U
