How to Defragment the tablespace in oracle.Actually if i do coelasce then it will just combine all the contiginous blocks only But i want to combine all the free blocks existing in the tablespace.How is it possible.

rebuild tables and indexes with new initial and new extents

or export with compress=y and import again (special cases like lob??? use ignore=y during import)

Yes it works ... but be careful...
exp can set initial to some values that don't fit with ur database ... If so ... create the table with Ur own value.
U should drop all the tables that U want to defrag
