I would need your assistance if you are running oracle financials on Solaris.

I am trying to resolve an I/O issues on my Sun Solaris Servers running Oracle Financials 11.5.9 and would like you to share with me the output of a iostat command if you are running Solaris/Unix.

If you are running another flavor of unix please let me know so that I can give you the proper iostat syntax.

The command is:

iostat -xPne 10 | nawk '( /r/s/ || $1 > 50 ) && ! /:/'

The command is looking for any disks with over 50 I/O Reads per second over a 10 second period.

Below are the links to some of my posts on several Oracle forums which I am yet to get a response.

Please also e-mail me directly at afaleti@troweprice.com

Thanks
