Hello All,
I am getting error code RW 5004, while installing ebusiness suite vison database in express mode. does anyone has ides how to fix this problem.
I am installing in Red Hat AS 4.

hi ,
even i've got the same error while installing a fresh dB with shared APPL_TOP and using load balancing.
OS: RHEL AS 3.0
RW - 50004: error code received when running external process, check log file for details.
i cannot troubleshoot using the log file because nothing useful information is present. error pops up during step 2 of 5 of installation
log file contents : - unable to complete instance configuration
-d addbtmpl.drv , this file is not getting instantiated.
please get back at the earliest.
