Hello,

Everytime the database is started up, a qmno0 trace file is generated with this as the error message within it:

error 604 detected in background process
OPIRIP: Uncaught error 447. Error stack:
ORA-00447: fatal error in background process
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00904: "DBMS_AQADM_SYSCALLS"."GET_OWNER_INSTANCE": invalid identifier

I did a search on google first and basically found nothing on this error.

Did find one page that stated that this is caused from not running catpatch.sql after a patchset has been applied.

Does this seem accurate to you? I don't know if this happened or not. I didn't develop the database. I took over with this error already occuring. Would running catpatch.sql a second time be bad?

Thanks,
Jon
