Hi All

Scenario

We have an old Operating Unit(OU) which we want to stop using. A new OU is created in its place and want to copy all the transactions created in the first OU to the NEW one.

Need help on - Extraction of the data
- Uploding into new OU.

What do you mean by all transactions ? (AR invoices, GL lines ... ?)
Will you create the new OU in the same Oracle instance (same site ) ?
Which period should your transactions have ?
Why are you doing this ?

Thanks for ur kind concern and prompt response. Hope this will clarify ur questions related to my query.

We want to interface Invoice header and invoice lines information for the current period. The new ou is created in the same instance.

Extract data using standard views (RA_CUSTOMER_TRX, RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES, RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST, …). You should be connected with the old org id when extracting.
Load ra_interface_lines_all and ra_interface_distributions_all with the new org id and run auto invoice.
