Hi,

I have created FSG Report while creating row set definition and entering line item not able to view the full row set description in the report. Eg: Line Item = "Total Salaries" only
able to view "TOTAL S". What could be the reason. Any help appreicated.

Thanks.

I suspect that the problem lies in the Column Set, where the Position of the first column is something like 8, 9 or 10.

Try using a Column Set like "Annual Comparative QTD,YTD" where the position of the first column is 40. This should allow more room.

Cool HTH

Does your report contain a Row Order? If so, does it say to Display the Description for a Width of 7?

Cool HTH

Good. I am glad to hear that.

Would you be prepared to share the solution with us, so that other forum members may benefit, too?

Embarassed Ah, that explains it!

In the Column Set, I was looking at the "Define Columns" and talking about the "Position" of the first column. You were looking at the "Build Column Set" and talking about the "Left Margin". They boil down to the same thing.

Anyway, the important thing is that you can see all of your Line Item descriptions.

Is there any way we can see each and particular segment value in FSG report?

Eg: 1100 - General Fund /ac, 1110 - Capital Fund a/c .... and also account segment value eg: 111101 - Cash a/c, 111102 - Asset a/c. Can this be done using display set or content set? If yes how?

output should be:

Fund Description Account Amount
11110 Cash 1111101 xxxxxxx

Any input will be helpful.
Thanks.
