I permanently get the 404 errors when trying to login into the applications. The apps ver is 11.5.9 Bouncig the Apache helped once, but doesnt' again. Please advice.

start ur concurrent manager, check whether apcahe is started.
and check fulfillment server started. if concurrent manager not started, stop fullfillment servr, then start concurrent mngr and then start fullfillment server.
