hi buddies !
Can anyone pls let me know the best way to Load date in CORE HR. I have tried the data loader its very tedious can any one suggest me pls.. its urgent

Do you mean DataLoad (http://www.dataload.net/)?
If not, then give it a try. It is a free download, and if you can use a spreadsheet, you can use DataLoad.
And what do you mean by "tedious"? Do you mean that it's a bit slow, or you have to sit and watch it? Then try the Professional version. It flies along and you don't need to sit and watch it. I have used DataLoad Professional to load Cross-segment Validation rules at the rate of over 7,100 elements per hour, or almost two every second.
