Window XP-An error occurred while attempting to establish an applicaiton file server connection [message #191142]

Dear all,

Concurrent manager is running fine, all request are completing without any error. But when i view out put there is a problem, IE browser is opening with this error :

"An error occurred while attempting to establish an applicaiton file server connection with the Node FNDFS_WILLIAM. There may e a network configuration problem, or the TNS listener on node FNDFS_WILLIAM may not be running. Please contact your system administrator."

Please advise me is there anything to do with Tns listener ?

when i run uname -n =WILLIAM
