We are trying to create 3 different tax groups for the rates: 7%, 3% and 0%. With the 7% and 3% rates there is no problem in the invoice amounts since the invoice amount is the total amount without the withheld amount, but the behavior that we want to achieve with the 0% withholding is to have the invoice amount unchanged and the amount to be withheld entirely, that is if the total amount is $1,000 the invoice amount should be $1,000 and the withheld amount should also be $1,000.
We’ve tried to set up the withholding rate with 0 and 100 but they don’t work the way it’s wished. For example, the 100 rate withholds the entire amount but it the invoice amount is zero.
Is there any way to set it up the way described above?
