Options to "Sell Property" in property Apps [message #198785]

Hi
I am new to this field and am working on the Property Modules in Oracle ERP. The version is 11.5.10.2 and RDBMS is 9.2.0.6.0
I have done the basic setups of defining land, building and unit. Now when I am trying to sell the property, there are 2 options - either rent the apts or lease them. Now, in the setup, how could I set it up so that once I select either one of these 2 conditions, the options for the other condition should not be displayed.
Eg - if I select Rent, then the options to lease the apartment should not be displayed.
Is there anyway I can do this in setup.
