Hi,

When I run Trial Balance-Translation, I encountered the following error while refreshing the request. And the request was completed with Completed Error. In the log file, the following error message was given.

ERR REP-3002:Error Initialising Printer. Please make sure a printer is installed.
Program exited with status-3.
Cause: The program terminated, returning status code-3.
Action: Check your installatio manual for the meaning of this code on this operating system. Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running oracle *Report for your concurrent request.

Review your concurrent request log and\or report output file for more detailed information.

Please suggest me in this regard. I didn't install printer to my computer.

Is this APEX-related, or is Trial Balance part of e-Business ?

hi
while installing printer setup is not been added so contact ur sys-admin member or read the installation guide in that u can find n how to install a printer once it is installed this error will not come

Hi Prasad,

I am not working with any company. I am just practising in the room. Hence, Printer is not needed. Please let me know how to deinstall the printer, if the printer options were already enabled in the application.

Please kindly give me your suggestion,

if u r still facing the same problem that means it is an installation problem ask him to re install the saoftware n specify to him to install printer

or
