Issue:
We had 2 issues.
1. There is a comma as thousands separator in FSG reports.
2. The Forms and the standard reports have a comma as thousands separator.
Solution (according to Metalink)
We found a solution for both problems:
1. Note 398373.1, we changed the NLS_NUMERIC_CHARACTERS.
2. Profile option: ICX : Numeric characters set to : 10.000,00
Problem
First we set the Profile option to 10.000,00. That was the solution for the standard reports, all the reports displayed the number format correctly: 10.000,00 (European), but the FSG-report was still not correct.
Then the DBA changed the NLS_NUMERIC_CHARACTERS, afterwards the FSG-reports where correct, but the standards report were incorrect, although we didn't change the profile option. The profile option was still set to 10.000,00.
What do we have to do to have correct number formats, so in the European style (10.000,00), for both standard reports and FSG-reports?
