if any one experience the request that came from any user if i wanted to restirct the user that if they open the request one time then it will not open second time it will delete that request or any other solution

like

request - view output-- output open present status

request - view output --- then output not open required status

Hi Mukkaram

The requirement which you have given as per my knowledge is possible only through a request named Purge Concurrent Requests.

What we can do is schedule that request along with a parameter
User Name (The Name of the Application User for whom you would like to restrict the access to Requests)

I dont think there is any workaround for this if any i will reply that to your mail id at the earliest.
