Hi everybody,
I've got a serious problem.
I ve got an application (pro*c) who have to generate a very large transaction (over 10000 queries).
It is the transfer of over 2600 customers files(several rows of several tables each).
At the end of the transaction, there is a commit.
But the application never succeed to go to the end.
After the transfer of the first 1800 files by the transaction. An error occurs.
By following the log, the application returns the error : -24761 - Transaction Rolled back.
Its occurs randomly between the 1850 and 1950 transferred files.
So, I guessed that Oracle was running low in memory and forced a rolled back. But I've found no error of that kind in the Oracle Server log.
It seems that Oracle rolled back the transaction by himself without telling a reason.
I guess that there is a something wrong in my Oracle configuration ? What can I do to avoid this and to fix my problem?
