I have two Oracle installations: Oracle 9i and Oracle 10g
I would like to connect from Oracle 9i to Oracle 10g.

I can't use Oracle TNS listener!
I can't connect with SQLplus

This is a rather vague description of the problem you are encountering.

Are these databases on the same host?
