operation pull and assembly pull in work in process

Hi Apsara,

Operation pull - Automatically pull the component from inventory to WIP at the end of the operation.

Assembly Pull - Automatically pull the component from inventory to WIP when the assbembly is completed.

Hii rajesh,
Thanx for your effort,but im sure that was not the answer i was looking for. I was interviewed in HCL and replied the same answer, he was not happy with that. Anyways im still searching for that right answer.

Operation Pull = Items are consumed from Inventory at every Operation, when completed.

Assembly Pull = Items are consumed from inventory when completing the total assembly.

Peers, Please correct me, if I am wrong.
