I'm auditing a client's Oracle apps and need to identify which responsibilities correspond to certain activities. I won't know the specific forms or form codes involved. For example, how can I find out which responsibilities can promote changes into production from within the application?

Is there an updated list linking activities to forms and responsibilities?

There is no such strong auditing inside Oracle Apps.

You might want to look at Oracle ICM.
