Hi,

I have order header_id, how can we cancel the order, before we book it.

Do we have to change any attribute or flag values in the order header interface tables.

Hi,

If you created the Order, the header level Status is "Entered". Click the Action Button, Select the Cancel Action from list of values. Now one Screen will appear there, Select the Reason and enter your comments Click OK. Now the Order and Lines will Cancelled. Requery the Order and check the status for Hearder and Lines will get Cancelled.

Goto "Order Organiser"
then query sales order by "sales order number" and their ony goto "action" tab select "cancel" from LOV mention the reasion then press the button "ok" and save the work.
If any order lines spilt in qty then open that sales order then goto that line then goto action from LOV select cancel and save the work.
