Hii All

i want to connect internal to my database

when i type "svrmgrl" in CMD mode
i got that error

'svrmgr' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.


I don't know why ?

although i did it before
do i lost that file???
and how can i get it again??

please what do u mean by that
Is ORACLE_HOME/bin in your path?



All I do is to type "cmd" in run
and then cd\ so that i begin the next line from "c:\"
then "svrmgrl" after the "c:\" is typed

Do you know is PATH?
execute "echo %PATH%" and see if %ORACLE_HOME%\bin is in it (replace %ORACLE_HOME% by your value).

But you didn't type "svrmgrl" bu "svrmgr" without the "l".

ok sorry
it is just a mistake
it is "svrmgrl"

and now i typed "echo %path%"

but the problem that i don't have that file "svrmgrl.exe"
is it lost

Reinstall or use SQL*Plus with a connect as sysdba instead.

1/ No it is not possible it will a violatin of copyright
2/ Are you sure this is only thing you remove?
3/ You don't need it, use SQL*Plus and connect "sys as sysdba"
