Hi Friends

Ive just completed my Oracle financials training at Oracle Mumbai in AR , AP & GL .I have the study material but need to refresh what ive learnt and its difficult to get job offers without any implementation expereince. can anybody suggest how one can develop skills on oracle Apps - financials
