Hi gurus
Well our company is implementing oracle application, the
project is started , the implementers(KPMG) r mobilized in the
company.In the kick off meeting , we are told that we as the IT
we will be involved in each phase(like currently the Phase 0
Business Process Improvement & Conceptual Design and in Phase 1
which includes following Oracle Modules
- General Ledger, Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Cash Management,Treasury,
LC & LG, & Financial Analysis Tools
- Fixed Assets
- Insurance
- Human Resources, Payroll, Learning management,Self Service
HR, Time & Labor, Recruiting- irecruiting
Project Resource management
- Procurement, Demand Planning, Inventory, Tendering,
Subcontracting contracts etc..
- Construction: Projects Estimation, Budgeting,
Planning, Cost Control, Contracts, Billing,
Execution, Manufacturing, & Engineering
- Maintenance: Projects Estimation, Budgeting,
planning, Cost Control, Contracts, Billing,
Execution, (MMS), Equipment Mngmt,
Tools, Water & Chemical consumption
- Quality Assurance & Control
- Iinternal Control & Audit Division
- Transportation Integration
- Daily Business Intelligence

Well as i heard that they r putting in the Maintenance Team
which includes following stuff
- Maintenance: Projects Estimation, Budgeting, planning, Cost
Control, Contracts, Billing, Execution, (MMS), Equipment Mngmt,
Tools, Water & Chemical consumption
- Quality Assurance & Control
- Iinternal Control & Audit Division
- Transportation Integration
- Daily Business Intelligence

So what u suggest should i go with above teams, as it involve
Projects, Maintenance and other Modules, how about the job
market of these modules as the matter of fact Financials and
HRMS are the main modules which every company implements. So i
want to ask which track give the more job opporunities plus
which module experts are well paid in the market specially in
Saudia and Middle East.
