Hi all,

Faced these questions recently..need answers...can someone help

1.wat is payment batch and 8 steps to design it.

2.How to change the gl date on invoice after it got posted to GL.

3.Importance of GSI.

4.Multi org architecture.

5.Importance of Opertaing Unit.

Hai this is Anil. I wrote some replies for ur questions as per my knowledge.

4.Multi org architecture.

BUSINESS GROUP
SET OF BOOKS
LEGAL ENTITY
OPERATING UNIT
INVENTORY ORGANIZATION
Sub Inventory
Locations
Items

5.Importance of Opertaing Unit

It is the organization in Multi-Org Structure next to Operating Unit where actually teh company will do the business. Multiple OUs are possible under a single Legal Entity
Ex: Sales, Stocks, etc.

2.use payment batch
3.Bulid the payment
4.confirm payment
5.format payemnts
6.final confirm

-->through update only

-->global intercompany system for more than 1 subsidarys.
4.Multi org architecture.
1.Business group
2.SOB
3.Legalentity
4.Operating unit
5.Inventory
6.Subinventory
7.Bin ....


5.Importance of Opertaing Unit.

Mo:operating unit profile option we are using in this level Ap,AR and others.
