Hello all,
I have an user who is getting ORA - 28000 Error, while connecting to an instance, she has connected to this instance successfully several times earlier. Myself and several other users are able to connect to the same instance.
How to resolve this issue and help the user to get connected to that instance successfully, please advise me.

No that was not the reason, I know what ORA-28000 means....I just discovered the cause of the error, it is not as straight forward as just the user failed to put correct password for those number of times as specified in falied_login_attempts. This is because her tnsnames.ora got corrupted....I corrected the entry in tnsnames.ora file and she is fine with her connection.
