How to prevent reversal of journals in GL which originated from the sub ledger/ interface?

I don't think that standard Oracle functionality will allow you to prevent reversal of subledger journals, but you might want to take a look at Forms Personalization - that might allow you to do what you want to do.

Now, I am not an expert on Forms Personalization and I won't be able to answer your questions, I have just been following this blog, which you might find interesting:-
