Hi,

I forcefully change the status of POs from Purchase Order Summary to 'Finally Closed' (the closed date - 22nd May 2007).

When I run Receipt Accrual - Period End for the month of Apr-07 these Finally Closed POs are also considered for accrual (expense destination).

Can anyone clarify when this POs will be removed from Accrual. Reply in detail.

Hi Raman,

Have you invoiced those finally closed PO's?.

According to me as soon as you create invoices for the PO's the accrual amount gets balanced.
