Best way to upload data to a warehouse [message #246513]

Hi All,

We have a Oracle 9i database and a Oracle 10g Warehouse. Now we need to upload data from 9i database to 10g warehouse daily but only for some tables. 9i database is running on Solaris and warehouse is on HP-UX.

Please advice me on possible ways to upload data from 9i database to 10g warehouse.

I meant:
"locking issues" - which ones?
"performance issues" - compare to what?

mainly deadlocks... and this 9i database is a three node cluster...
